This hotel is absolutely breathtaking! Located on top of a hill overlooking the ocean, the views are incredible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable - we particularly loved the outside bath with a view. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from.

No negatives come to mind, everything was perfect!

The hotel offers a great location with beautiful views, such as from the private onsen. You can enjoy the view of the ocean and the cape from the room. The hotel provides a great shuttle service to the nearby Otaru JR station, and there are some interesting sites to visit nearby, like the very nearby aquarium. Another advantage is the delicious food served in the restaurant, prepared with local ingredients.

The hotel's rooms can feel a bit old and cramped compared to other hotels in the area.

We stayed at a hotel during xmas and the view was amazing! The hotel provided a private hot spring in our room, which was very relaxing after a long day of skiing. The shuttle service was also very helpful and made getting around town easier.
